Usually your Purchase will be dispatched within 1 working day after your order is placed.

If your item is out of stock with us we will contact you and ask if you are happy to wait, or if you would like a full refund if you wish to cancel your order.

We do hold approximately 5000 pairs of sunglasses in stock at any one time, Ready for immediate dispatch !

For Returns and exchanges the following Prices will apply.

Standard postage is £4.99 1st Class Royal Mail Recorded delivery.
Royal Mail Special delivery £7.99

Items dispatched to the UK are posted through Royal Mail, your sunglasses will need to be signed for NO EXCEPTIONS. Please give a delivery address where there will be someone to sign for them. If you miss the delivery Royal Mail will put a card through your door informing you, Please either re-arrange delivery through them or collect from your local sorting office.

When we dispatch your Item to you we will E-Mail you notification, This notification will include your unique tracking number from Royal Mail.

If you have received a dispatch E-Mail and they do not arrive NEXT DAY ( Excluding Weekends ) for insured delivery or 3 Days ( Excluding Weekends ) for Standard delivery you can track your item on Royal Mails Track and Trace website.

Standard postage is a service that is usually next day ( 1st Class Recorded delivery ) BUT can take upto 15 working days to arrive as quoted by Royal Mail.

INSURED POST Is NEXT WORKING DAY Special delivery, ( Excluding Saturday)

This does not GUARANTEE you will receive your purchase the next working day from your purchase, Some items are NOT in stock with us and need to be ordered in for you from the Manufacturer.

Please note we do try to get your sunglasses dispatched to you as soon as possible, Generally if the item you have chosen is in stock with us they are dispatched same day if ordered before 12 Noon. However this is not guaranteed. If we have to order your sunglasses for you they will be dispatched to you on the day that they arrive with us, upto 10 working days ( 2 weeks) after your order.


European Union Postage

Your Purchase will be posted through Royal Mail, either INTERNATIONAL SIGNED FOR or AirSure This requires a signature when it is delivered to you. They usually leave the UK on the Next working day AFTER posting. They are then passed onto your local postal system and are treated as standard recorded mail. The estimated time scale by the Postal Service is 5 to 6 working days. From our experience they usually take up to 8 working days.
The Other postal service we sometimes use is AIR-SURE through royal mail, This is usually a little faster as the package is treated as PRIORITY mail until it is delivered to your door.

UK VAT is paid so there is NO import duty for any EU country.

you have received a dispatch E-Mail and they do not arrive within 5 Working days please visit your countries Poast Service website and enter your tracking number E-Mailed to you when we dispatched the item to you.
